(1) Which gives better value for money - including in terms of specs, battery life, camera durability based on brand history, etc (2) What advantages do brands with 'Pro' included in their brand names offer? FirstNg1:Summary is the Redmi note 7 is better than the Y9 in everyway, and the Redmi note 7 pro is better than the Redmi note 7 in terms of processors and camera. |

CPU wise, I'm going with Huawei's Y9 2019 Kirin SoC GPU wise, I'm going with Redmi Note 7 Snapdragon's Adreno. If you don't play much games, go for Huawei Y9 2019. If you're a gamer, go for Redmi Note 7 or Pro if you have the extra money. |

Thank you guys. I don't need the phone for games - just peace of mind from excellent performance and good battery life. Are there other better alternatives in the same price range of say N70k and N80k? |
