Reports have it that a 20-year-old final year Accounting student of Federal University Dutsinma (FUDMA), Nana Firdausi Ahmad, has been kidnapped at her father’s residence located at Bayan Makarantar Mata, Hayin Gada in Dutsinma town, Katsina state.

It was reported that the abductors stormed the residence at about 3am on Sunday taking Nana and her aged mother simply identified as Baraka.

According to a family member, the aged mother was abandoned on the outskirts of town while Nana was taken away.

“Already, they have demanded for N10million which has been beaten down to N2million and still negotiation is ongoing” the family member was quoted to have said.
