It is because the margin between the leading party and runner up was much more than the the cancelled votes. Olodo!
Generalnomercy:
why wasn't the presidential election declared inconclusive?

Waste of time and effort. Why should you be declared winner with a slim margin of 3413 when over 75,000 valid voters have not cast their ballot? Better go and start preparing for the rerun and stop chasing shadows.

Y did d 75,000 voters not cast their votes?

Who determines cancelled votes and on what basis? It is clear that INEC can conveniently 'cancel' any number of votes they want in a predetermined effort to help rig the election in favour of the APC through this inglorious "inconclusive" strategy.

The PDP must rise up and reject this nonsense once and for all.

But, come to think of it, this issue of inconclusive is becoming a trend with Yakubu. Hope it is not a tactic to rob a particular side that has greased their pocket or partisan to. They might notice a side winning with a good margin, and they will quickly invalidate some thumb-printed votes to a number that will cancel the winning margin. Anything is possible in Nigeria. Can you remember the case of Osun, where an INEC staff was caught destroying some ballot papers. Which way Nigeria? You might accept the practice today, and you fall victim tomorrow.

Every State where PDP is leading or won, INEC have either suspended the results or have declared the elections inconclusive.

This cannot be a mere coincidence but calculated vendetta.

What is really free and fair about the conduct of this new version of INEC in 2019?

This is the first time in Nigeria's democratic history where a supposed electoral umpire is openly withholding the decision of Nigerians simply because it does not favor the despotic incumbency.

This is a disgrace to any developing nation.

Justice can never come from unjust.

Taraba Suspended!

Adamawa Inconclusive!

Bauchi Inconclusive!!!

Plateau Inconclusive!

The rules of the game were known to everyone before commencement and has been applied so many times before now.

Your emotions can not cure you.

Even if all states are declared inconclusive by applying the rules, that can never be the fault of INEC and has nothing to do with manipulation.

By the way,APC is leading in Plateau, not PDP.

Disgrace can only apply to someone that refuses to understand very simple and elementary electoral guidelines.

. What we apply in Nigeria is constitution and electoral laws or rules guiding election. i Inconclusive election is in the electoral laws... The supreme court has upheld it in Kogi. Rivers IMO and Anambra even when the winner was leading with 50000.Tambuwal the decision is in order.

Better. You need to begin to fight for your rights now or never. I'm so glad you're a well-informed lawyer who knows what to do. Apc wants to use inconclusive elections to rig as they did in osun state. Winning isn't by force. I wonder why they didn't declare inconclusive elections nationwide during the recent presidential elections marred by violence.
Apc or INEC declared the elections inconclusive?President Buhari totally destroyed atiku so there was no need for a run off, just wailing by pdp and co.

yes, apc is INEC and INEC is apc. Did you not hear of the fraud perpetrated by the imo REC? It's in the news and Google is also your friend. Yes, Buhari destroyed pdp with already thumb printed ballot papers in kano and other northern states. Don't tell me you're not aware of the truck full of thimb printed ballot papers intercepted kano ahead of the polls by security operatives. Several of sort must have gone undiscovered. The case has simply died naturally.

Comprehension is always a challenge for APC members!

Due to ignorance you don't know that cancelled votes differs from those who have not voted.

Even sef, this is Monday so how could 75000 people be waiting to vote ontop an election that held two days ago?

Nothing but sawdust in the heads of BMC
