Well social media has a lot of effect to this thing

Firstly am in Kaduna my father is from southern Kaduna kafanchan to be precise and from what he tells me most of those Fulani's are Christians and people don't know that but this southern Kaduna crisis is really I have relatives that have been massacred by Christians the thing is I have friends that are Christians and we live peaceful but why can't those people live peaceful

Its not Elrufais fault it is from those people and it is illiterates that have been doing those things

And to all nairalanders please we should try and appreciate each other we clame.civilization but yet we still behave like cave man haan small.thing afonja small thing ipob small thing almajiri how can we progress as a country if we don't put all that behind us

Who are these killers. They are not invisible. Instead of the NA wasting time running after elections in Rivers, they should focus on the north. That region is not safe at all.

U were talking about herdsmen & then all of a sudden u are jumping 2 a man killing his girlfriend, wife, neighbour. Homicides as u have mentioned, are one off cases which in most cases, can't b prevented except there is a perceived threat which is reported& then there is timely intervention by d police which is an agency of d FG. But when it cant b prevented, d FG thru d police force which is an investigative&prosecutorial agency, has d responsibility of ensuring that d culprits pay 4 their crimes & that d victims get justice.

In d case of d killer herdsmen, they aren't one off cases. These are cases of recurrent killings carried out by people who u refer to as "animals" who are roaming free. If it isn't d responsibility of d FG 2 stop "d animals from murdering innocent people", then whose responsibility is it? Once again, Section 14(2b) of d constitution sheds light on who has that responsibility. So therefore, I cannot b faulted

I checked, there is no news media carrying this news. Its not on Channels and Cable.ng is also not reporting it! I wont jump into conclusion but will wait to see if this bad news will feature elsewhere apart from NL.

The Kaduna State Chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria on Saturday dismissed claims by Governor Nasir el-Rufai that 66 persons were killed by gunmen in the Kajuru Local Government Area of the state.

The CAN Chairman in the state, Rev. Joseph Hayab, who stated this in a statement, insisted that the governor deliberately gave out the wrong information to deceive Nigerians and the international community.



He said the false alarm as contained in a statement by the governor on Friday evening, was aimed at stirring up violence in the state.

The statement read, “The press statement by the spokesman for Kaduna State Governor, Mr Samuel Aruwan, suggests that “the killings in Kajuru Local Government were carried yesterday (Friday) 15/2/2019. This is false in its entirety.

“We are aware that the incident happened in the late hours of Sunday 10 February to February 12, 2019, at about 1am at Gindin Gada in the Maro Ward of Kajuru Local Government, Kaduna State where unidentified hoodlums went into the village and killed about 11 people in their sleep.

“The incident led to reprisals. Two of the suspects were said to have been apprehended and handed over to the Divisional Police Officer in the area. It was in the afternoon of the said date of the attack (as contained in the press statement) that the District Head of Kufana, Mr Titus Dauda, and four of his local chiefs were released after their invitation by the Department of State Services.

This is pure evil! And must be condemned by all, irrespective of religion, tribe or political inclination.


The problem with kaduna state and it’s Governor who only pays lip service at best is that they have to intelligence reports on this killings or any investigations and if they do the governor for sm reasons seems to keep it private. He only gives random stories and claims suspect have been arrested and we are back to square1 and same issue keeps happening.
