If there is any demograph socialist and their communist brethren have a pathological hatred for it is the middle class.

A prosperous society is usually one with both a tiny majority of the super rich and extreme poor.

This does not fit in very well in the Marxist play book, because a vibrant middle class dominated society is usually one that is highly educated and where the rule of law prevails.

The Marxist, contrary to what you may have assumed, do not have any problem with amassing incredulous wealth. Hugo Chavez's (the immediate past and long deceased President of Venezuela) daughter is one of the richest women in the world with a net worth of $6bn. She amassed all that money during her late father's nationalisation of Venezuela's oil sector. Chavez's predecessor, Maduro, is also swimming in money.

The same applies in North Korea and Mugabe's Marxist Zimbabwe where the constitutional dictatorship amassed great wealth for himself and his family.

The Marxist does not hate the super rich, they just do not want to hassle themselves making money in a free capitalist society when they can easily turn the entire wealth of the people to their hands in the form of nationalisation.

The poor stand no chance challenging the Marxist and will openly support them for the free stuff that is promised them. Neither will the super rich like Dangote oppose the Marxist because he and his ilks are so insulated from any shocks the Marxist may unleash and most importantly, the likes of Dangote knows the Marxist can be bribed.

It is the middle class that suffers the brunt of Marxist take overs. Caught in the middle, the middle class will feel the brunt of the super rich and corporations downsizing at the same time be at the mercy of the wretched poor, who will be given free reign to unleash terror on them.

The middle class loses most because unlike the wretched poor - who had nothing to lose in the first place or the Super rich - who have already placed contingencies on ground to insulate themselves from Marxist foolishness, the middle class will see a sharp decline in their standard of living.

It happened in 1984 with Buhari's Marxist misadventure and it repeated itself with his return in 2015.

The Marxist knows the middle class will be the most vocal critic and opposition to their misrule and for this reason, the Marxist will do anything to further weaken or eliminate the middle class totally.

The southern part of the country Nigeria - especially the better south (SS and SE) account for a large majority of the middle class. So it is no surprise that these regions have refused to vote for Buhari.

When Aisha Buhari spoke about reducing the wealth disparity between the rich and the poor, she did not state that her husband had any plans to elevate the down trodden and unemployable poverty afflicted, rather she echoed her husband's plan to level every one of us to almajiri status.

Just take a look at the states that voted marginally or overwhelmingly for Buhari, you will see that these are regions with the lowest literacy rates and are heavily impoverished..

Spot on!

The wealthy in this case are the middle class. In order words make everybody equally poor to reduce the social gap.

Bonus: Atiku has a similar plan, do not be deceived by the "he is a businessman" mantra his supporters are echoing. That man is a crook!

Atiku wanted to unbundle NNPC and I was surprised that some people where against that.

If you knew how much politicians milk from moribund state corporations you will not hesitate to have them abolished totally.

NEPA, NITEL, FAAN, NPA, NNPC and a host of other govt owned corporations exist for the sole reason to enrich the politicians and civil servants.

NNPC neither explores, drills or refines petroleum products neither are they even involved in the simplest of tasks to sell the crude oil. Rather, the NNPC has been reduced to importing refined products at which they are scamming the country with their bogus 50million litres per day figure.

Another area is govt owned assets such as the national stadia at Lagos and Abuja which remain closed for most parts of the year. Do you know how much is budgeted to "maintain" facilities and the grounds at these stadia? The money is inflated and the job is never done and they do this year after year.

At the ministry of works, they do yearly assessment of roads and bridges. Money is budgeted to carry out the same survey work year in year out and the comptroller simply dusts up the previous year's report and sends it to the minister who will use it to mobilise a contractor to site and still nothing will done.

The only solution is to reduce govt to the barest minimum.

This will not augur well with the thieving socialist like Adams Oshiomole who need bigger bureaucratic red tape govt to manuvere their way to wealth.

After murdering the Tsar and his entire family, the Jewish mobsters that staged the communist take over of Russia, impoverished the Russian people through a deliberate hunger policy of collectivism. Russia that used to be the food basket of Europe, witnessed one of the worst famines ever with 40million dead in the course of less than 15yrs after Lenin's take over.

Farm lands where raided with food and livestock confiscated. The Communist did not even leave seedlings for the farmers and seized farm implements.

Communism aka Socialism thrives when the population is deliberately impoverished.

Mao and Pol Pot repeated same tactics in China and Vietnam respectively. Hunger is still a weapon of mass control in North Korea and Mugabe used same strategy to impoverish his population with the seizure of productive farmlands. Maduro of Venezuela is the sole importer and distributor of food in that communist nation.

Time and time again, communism and socialism have shown to be a flawed system but for the tyrants who benefit from it.

Bola Tinubu has so much impoverished his people in places like Osun that he is now seen as a god. Buhari continues to ride on the trodden illiterate poor to power and he intends to poverize you to his constituents level.

Buhari's supporters are the sadistiically poor who support him for his intention of reducing all to their status.

"No more free money" has been their regurgitating mantra. They can't grasp to understand their poverty state is as a result of their lack of any skill set coupled with their indolent lazy youth mentality.

The middle class is fast going extinct. This demograph accounts for the highest brain drain in Nigeria and just like 1984 all over again, Andrew is checking out - for good.
