The President is only one man. Is there herdsmen in Benue?

- There is a Benue Government House of Assembly and legislative arm - for example the legislative arm can pass a state Act for state police the Benue House of Assembly passes the law and its signed into law by the Governor and the Government recruits state policemen and herdsmen stops.

So the emphasis should be on State Governors not on Mr President. All a President can do is to advise a state Governor to do their jobs....

Oga, police force is exclusive to the Federal government. Unless the National Assembly passes a bill for the creation of state police by state governments and accented to by the President, no state can create it's own police.

I agree that he is incompetent but onus is truly on state governors. What are stare house of assemblies doing?? What are stare governors doing? What are LGA chairmen doing? These are the ppl Nigerians should be disturbing not presido. An incompetent president isn't an excuse for lack of national development.
