Distraught comedian, MC Abbey rants as the Lagos police ask him to pay N10k before writing a statement.

He wrote;

This so annoying,had an accident and needed to go write a statement at the police station in maroko oniru lekki so i can i have it documented for insurance sake and the police was asking me to pay 10k for statement.This is shameful.
