Job Position: Confidential Secretary
Location: Owerri
Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls and re-direct them when necessary
• Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
• Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
• File and update contact information of employees, suppliers and external partners
• Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
Requirements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work
• The ability to use your own initiative
• Atleast two (2) years experience as a Secretary
• Proficiency in MS office
• University/Polytechnic qualification is a must
