This is followed by training for the task There are requirements and standard for setting up a daycare center in national Policy for Early Childhood Development ( I hope I get the name of the document correct). Part of these requirements are also outlined in NCCE minimum standard for Early Childhood Education. There is no need to employ a retire nurse or others as nannies now as Colleges of education now trained caregivers for this level.
