this has been a serious problem and challenge to me in using my phone at home to make calls, receive calls and even browsing. it sucks! please is there any device i can mount on the roof or something to boost the strength of MTN network in my room, cause i have to come out to the compound before i can do anything.
i have mailed MTN customer care concerning this but they don't have any solution for me based on their reply.

lol, it has nothing to do with handset, i have two phones likewise my sister (each with MTN and GLO) glo works well but the two phones with MTN will not, it you think is the phone then is it working if i come out to the compound other than my room and receive call with the same phone?

Hmmm! Different strokes for different people. This issue can be resolved. It's purely a network problem. Pls contact mtn letting them know your exact location. I know you wont be willing to do that here.

i have already done that and they insist i should move around my room and look for a particular place that receives network, thats crazy, i thought there could be any device that can boost the network in my room just like wireless booster for wifi network.

sir,,, how did u eventually solve the issue .. because am experiencing such in my room now... Out side my room ders network but coming into my room na die... No even 1 bar... Its frustrating and annoying
