It is by number that you can prove the substantial non-compliance that is required to overturn elections in Nigeria. The truth of the matter as Falana said, is that Atiku faces a serious uphill task. I seriously doubt his ability to win, particularly when Onnoghen is out of the equation.

Nigerians think just one way, like one way traffic.How do you know the positions of all the 400 witnesses are just at the polling units?. Do you know if some of the witnesses are state RECS?. Do you know if they are local govt electoral officers?. Do you know if they are security agents in strategic positions. Do you know that one Rec testimony can nullify the presidential election in the state superintended?. It is not all about the number of witnesses but the quality of witnesses and evidences at hand like the doctored results in states which pdp claimed that has real results different from the ones announced by INEC.

Tell them. I wonder how some of us are reasoning. Atiku doesn't need to come up with 176000 witnesses. Key electoral officers with damnable testimonies can ruin the outcome of this election in a court.

Indifferences in few polling units cannot render an election invalid. Supreme court had made decisions on that. We're talking of roughly 170000 polling unit and someone contesting less than 500. It's insignificant.

You don't get it, do you? PDP had agents in all the PUs and they are essentially witnesses who generated the alternate figures the pdp might be relying on. What its needs to prove is aggregation of violation and alteration.
