Seems like they do not allow the Vice President of Nigeria, Osinbajo into these meetings.
Why? Constitutionally he is supposed to be present.

They should have at least removed Osinbanjo seat to show respect to the Yorubas instead of taking those pictures with his seat empty

Even Abba Kyari, Chief of Staff to the President is in the meeting. A Chief of Staff is not even the highest officer in the Presidency but SGF. A Chief of Staff is the mere head of the President's office, he is in charge of all the President's personal staff and also runs the Aso Rock.

Both the Chief of Staff and SGF are in the meeting but the number 2 is conspicuously absent.
