Blaming the victim. 2. Boys must be boys. To also bring about change we must Educate boys and men to recognise that sexual harassment is not normal and men at the top are expected to champion the change as demonstrated by the SEC. Gen of the UN. Good news: #metoo has galvanised women around the globe to speak out. UN women has created a tool kit to deal with sexual harassment. #NoToSexualHarassment
