This is the man who killed his Boss , then Head Of State Maj. Gen Johnson Thomas Umunnakwe Aguiyi-Ironsi in cold blood at Ibadan in 1966. He was Chief Security Officer to him, so sad the British are honoring him for a job well done 10 years later
