It takes nothing other than 2/3 majority votes of house members. They can even impeach him and his deputy, thereby making way for the speaker who would probably be an Apc member.

Although I am not a fan of Adeleke but you are misinforming the readers.

Adeleke ONLY need to show evidence of being educated upto School certificate level or it's equivalents.
Attending Secondary school upto Form-6(even without writing WAEC but with testimony from the School) is enough to stand for elections.

Sitting for only one subject in 1982 WAEC and getting F9 is itself an evidence that he went to secondary .Whether he was serious academically or not is another matter.

You don't need Five credits for elections.
