So there is nothing preventing INEC from announcing PDP as the winner. It's remaining Adamawa and rivers state. These elections have been one of the worsts ever in my lifetime

Maybe you were not yet born in 2007 when Mike Tyson, judge Bush, Nelson Mandela etc found their way into our voters register and voted by proxy during the election.

You know nothing. The court struck it out on the ground of lack of jurisdiction, so there is no judgement to appeal. Only Tribunal can entertain your case.

Sorry, APC lost Bauchi again.

The Nigeria Civil Society advices INEC to scrap the supplementary elections
Mr Clement Nwankwo, the Executive Director, Policy and Legal Advocacy Centre and Convener, NCSSR, signed and released the statement of behalf of the group.

According to the statement released, the safety of electoral officers was not guaranteed during the exercise. The statement also condemned the violence that characterised the exercise in Adamawa, Bauchi, Benue, Kano, Plateau and Sokoto states.

One thing Buhari fails to understand is that history is there to judge him if truly this is the way his predecessors ran the affairs of this country. Obasanjo single-handedly removed Fayose from office for corruption despite his closeness to him but Mr integrity openly endorsed Gandollar and made sure he returned to office despite Kano people's objection to this. Now they are trying to prove their mettle again in Bauchi. The dullard will surely go down the memory as the worst and tyrant president ever ruled the affairs of this country.

Which history go judge Buhari...history has no bearing in Nigeria besides Bubu doesn't read and he had already lived the best times of his life.

Nigerian judiciary and democratic journey have been so m uch bastardized that the only thing left now is to bomb Nigeria back to reset mode

PDP have long won Bauchi but a judge spuriously grant
a Useless exparte motion to thwart a smooth process not going the way of a political party
The same judge dismissed the suit today. The fear of NJC hammer is the beginning of wisdom.
