Stupid being a stupid revisionist, Awolowo was planning coup with the help of Ghana against the govt of Azikiwe/Balewa.

Abiola sponsored a coup and he boasted he doesn't need Igbos to become president.

One court injunction stopped the announcement of the election and he committed treason instead of approaching the court.
