good day guys, I bought an infinix note 4 not long ago(not up to a month). but I'm beginning to experience issues which is making me regret buying a Chinese phone. the issue is whenever I have an incoming call, the phone just rings and doesn't display the incoming call interface. seriously I am beginning to regret wasting my 55k on the phone, any solution please?

I experienced same before tho not with Infinix. If u ar using two sims with it, remove one n get a small phone for d other sim.

U can visit their Carlcare if no changes or if u cant stand removing one of d sims.

go to settings and factory reset ur fone. But make sure U remove ur Google account before resetting it o.
