Job responsibilities :-
Managing employees data using Microsoft application and HR software.
Assists in the recruitment process.
Ability to communicate effectively (Verbal , written, presentation ) to all levels of the organization.
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
Perform data entry and scan documents .
High level of confidentiality.
Ability to work under pressure.
Filling of documents into employee files .
Maintain contact lists.
Assists in resolving any administrative problem.
Collaborate with managers ; including the internal and external agencies regarding matters on positions in the company.
Process staff welfare issues (Birthdays, child delivery, wedding)
Assists with staff for appraisals.
Perform other related duties as may be required.
Candidate must have minimum of National diploma (ND) in business administration or others.
Must be NYSC.
People oriented and willing to learn.
One year experience in HR will be an advantage.
Passion for HR/Admin as a career.
Proficiency in the use Excel , word and PowerPoint.
Must be female between 20 – 24 years.
Minimum 1 year or more in the relevant field.
Salary : Negotiable.
