This is not strange. We've been practicing long ago. Anytime we're forced to put on cardigan especially when weather is hot, we do this.

The truth is that, there are actually modern clothes that are like this. Especially used to wear suit to prevent heat.

The cloth is just a collar and small material that falls acorss the chest and back..
I saw it in a movie titled

Why snap and paste the boy's picture for the world to see. This is just an offence or prank and not a crime. Punish the boy accordingly but don't injure his future. Nobody knows tomorrow.

Honestly I felt somehow see this boy dress this manner because it might be his parent could not afford the shirt and he want to attend school and has to do this deess code just to be in school.

I hope they haven't flogged hell out of his life because that is what some half educated teachers love doing.

You just made no sense, sorry to say. This singular act of this child does not depict someone who wants to learn. A child that is ready to learn stands out in all in aspect, including morals and decency. I can bet my two testes that this child is a poor student and lacks the zeal to learn. I work as a teacher. Learning in a school is beyond academics. A student is supposed to be well groomed in both knowledge and character. This child here is a clear example of an unserious student who is not ready to learn.

Let us learn to condemn wrong and stop passing blames on these teachers at any slightest misconduct. If I was that teacher, I will discipline the hell out of that child cos he did that on purpose and is not ready to learn.
