Job Title
Management Trainee

Location: Lagos

Description
Our management trainees are a group of new recruits with the aim to groom them for management positions in a business. After usual initial induction, they are made to work under the supervision of our experienced manager so as to learn.

Roles
- Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
- Sets performance goals and objectives with upper management.
- Monitors performance progress with management and key trainers.
- Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.

Job Requirements
Applicants must have:
- A Higher National Diploma - HND or Bachelor's Degree.
- Completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Scheme at the time of this job application.
