Then government is bad at land management too. Finally, improving the railways means that cows can be convinently transported by rail.

Our population is growing, and the land is not growing with it.(We even lost land ie Bakassi!).The Sahara is encroaching...and climate change is a cold reality. My brother thank you very much. They think they will sit and feel it's ok to attack cattle rearers doing their job and continuing with their ancestoral process.
