But this 25% 2/3 coverage is a thing that INEC shouldn't have flagrantly ignored
They were in a hurry to leave the charged environment and to avoid another public backlash.this is a simple case, before June the tribunal should remove ihedioha

It's not going to be a supplementary election but a run off between the two leading candidates.

If Nwosu and Apc can put their differences aside and put their arsenal together, they'll surely defeat PDP because presently the votes of Nwosu and Apc surpass that of pdp

You are really getting it.he csn reconcile with uzodinma an araraume leaving ihedioha isolated.oshio will prefer nwosu than allow pdp get imo.thoussnds of security forces will be mobilized

you people reason like kids, ihedioha won in 13 lgs uche nwosu won in only 8 lgs the so called APC he's joining alliance with didn't get anything.. ihedioha won at least one local government in the 3 senatorial zones in Imo state, uche nwosu did not.. the Constitution says that the winner must win in at least 2/3 of all the valid votes cast you all are talking of number of total votes cast.
Ihedioha won with a margin of over 88,000.. even if the nullify the results, the case will still reach supreme Court and by then ihedioha must have been the governor with his machinery in place... So my advice to uche nwosu is for him to stop wasting his time and money...

My understanding (I may be wrong) is that having failed to meet the Constitutional requirement, his majority vote becomes immaterial and a re-run election is conducted.

As observed by some commentators, once Ihedioha tastes power and appoints his cabinet, he is 100% certian to win any re-run.
