Nigeria customs officers harass driver along Lagos-Benin express during a stop and search.

According to Udoka Umeh, a motorist who filmed the incident, he alleged the officers seized 5 bags of rice from the driver because he refused to pay N10,000.

In the now viral video, the bags of rice were seen heaped behind the van of the officers.

Good for the driver. The man that did the Video is trying to blackmail the Custom officer for carrying out his duties. The facts remains that, foreign Rice are banned in Nigeria.
