Non ACCIDENTED Cars/Vehicles; Let's Have And See CLEAN TITLE Cars/Vehicles Here! by legalwealth(m): 3:10pm On Apr 13
You are welcome on board! !!

Before we proceed, let's have some insight about "CLEAN TITLE". Although the meaning of clean title is often confusing, and as a buyer you probably think the car or vehicle has a clean history report whenever you are told that it is clean title. Whereas, Clean title means the vehicle does not have a salvage title and hasn’t been involved in any major accidents. Note that clean title doesn’t mean the vehicle doesn’t have a lien or bank loan; that’s CLEAR title.

If a seller says the car has a clean title, be careful and ask for clarification. Ask if what he or she means is that the title is not branded, has no liens, or car has never been in any accident. Note that the fact it has liens history does not completely disqualify it from being called clean title but it should be cheaper. Also note that it is possible a seller tells you that a vehicle is clean title whereas it has been reported on carfax, autocheck and likes to be accidented. Often the accident is only reported on CarFax and not on AutoCheck and the dealers will intentionally show you the history report that doesn’t report the accident.

That said, let me go straight to the main purpose of this thread which is for affordable clean title cars or vehicles to be posted in here. I will try my possible best to promote and boost this page even if it will require I run adverts. Contributions, assistance and services of nairalanders would be appreciated and needed on this thread. Let's keep/get the VERIFIED and CERTIFIED clean title cars/vehicles coming in; please don't list your car/vehicle here except it is truly clean title. Thanks

Immorttal:
All this rants, abeg allow the guy to achieve his dream na , why doing him DOA? Btw legalwealth has a very nice concept and a business idea that will boom in the coming years. People are beign enlightened about cars nowadays and they need the best ride no matter the price. I've personally swore not to purchase a car in Nigeria again, i'm aware of their shady activities on Copart, auction export and other salvaged car auction sites.
The more damaged a car is, the less the cost and nigerian car dealers would opt for scrabs instead and unsuspecting nigerians would purchase their death trap with their own money.
Abeg let this guy achieve his dream na wink

doroboss:
All of you should be ashamed of your selves, just 1 man you are all ganging up to put him out of business. This jealousy must stop. Allow the man to do his business. Mr legalwealth I like your sincerity and openness, I will do business with you. Do not be distracted by them, as a beliver the bible in deut 15-6 say that he shall bless the works of your hands. Continue to stay strong, your business will grow.

Wow! A 2010 thread titled "Nigerians Should Say No To Accidented Cars"
https://www.nairaland.com/406455/nigerians-should-say-no-accidented rocks and it is even a great motivation! !!

GeorgeD1:
@deluxek,
don't mind all these peeps spewing crap here. so because it costs an arm and a leg to ship cars down here, we should be content with spending hard earned money on salvage cars, eh?

like you, i would have fallen victim to these smart alecs but for people like jenju, bizbooks who revealed their secrets with their vin check jobs. unfortunately many other innocent buyers fall for their tricks and buy accidented cars as clean titles only to discover months later that the car they bought was not as 'clean' as suggested by the seller.

we all just have to shine our eyes well, well and avoid them like the plague. i know a couple of them here on this forum who specialise in this kind of shady practice: buy accidented cars at giveaway prices, take pictures of their shiny exteriors, present them as 'clean' titles and sell them off at high prices.

since i know what they're up to, i just skip their threads and go on to trusted names with a reputation to protect. if everyone gives them the same treatment and they post cars up to 6months without a buyer then they'll be forced to make a change! angry

nyrol:
@George D, let me tell you one fact u need to know about all these so called dealers of repute in the house, i know people like brandishing a set of about four names which i dont intend to mention here; of this four names i know two for sure who are not what pple thought them to be. People see them like saints but they are not, they ve sold salvaged cars on here too, they ve sold cars without VIN on here, they use multiple i.d on here, they buy their own vehicles(as if they ve gat a wide customer base) just to create the false impressions that they are making sales.

They know themselves, these same people hide under fictitious i.d to attack fellow dealers that they see as competing with them. The list of their attrocities is endless, some other dealers that are mentioned as part of the big 4-6 advertise cars at a rate they know is never possible just to create what is not. So make these guys stop deceiving us ooo cos we know dem. Whoever wants to sell salvage should sell it, but the person should be bold enough to post the VIN. If the accident or defect is front end and has not affected the chasis, to me its still okay. Whoever wants to buy can buy and whoever is not interested no be wahala now. I love this forum, i ve learnt somuch and seen the good, the bad and the ugly.
@Owan, thanks for your explanation jare, you do well.

If you are a civil servant you will know how tight it is to raise money out of a tiny take home pay that cant even take you home.
This forum will be a better place if people learn to be sincere to demselves and to others. Salvage cars are not as bad as pple are making them to be. I say it and stand to be corrected that with Nija roads i will rather buy a salvage car than buy one yeye expensive kia that would only last me 2years. Camry 2k don spend 10 years and the car still dey shine imagine, it will spend another 5-10 years in Nija before it runs down if its well maintained, i cant give same guarantee of any kia or any of those new products in Nija.

Dealers be yourselves and stop being fake, if you deceive me, you no go deceive yourself now! I rest my case.

But Legalwealth why are you surprised? Gazzuzz has always been a useless person. Putting his mouth in poo that doesn’t concern him, acting like a know it all.

Guys, shut up now, biko.

E don do. You've all proved your points and bullied this guy enough - not to take away from his own silliness.

It's none of my business, but this thread keeps popping up for a certain search keyword and it's annoying to keep seeing all these nonsensical posts repeating the same old childish taunts over and over again.

crale.onic:

The said Michael's moniker was Lomomike now Kingreign. And yes he is one of the cabal that want to bring you down for daring to rant against one of theirs.

Recently he was checking with Mynd.44 how he can be the Mod of the Auto section. Hope Mynd knows he is too biased to be.

You all need to stop this 'runhimdown' campaign on Legalweath. A dissatisfied customer has every right to complain, and you can't come up with 'afterall, you are not clean yourself'. This issue would have been settled easily with each party accepting their fault. No need for all this mudslinging.

The complaint I made about their so-called person which the member quoted up there is referring to can be seen on https://www.nairaland.com/4950767/awful-experience-calculusx-runs-owns. For that reason, they started derailing my threads, creating threads, rainning abuses, creating fake accounts to post fake information, fabricating lies etc and to make it too obvious, someone called Michael Olulawo Omosebi discovered to be lomomike; a banned moderator and now kingreign went to give fake review on my Google business page. Details about that can be seen on this page https://www.nairaland.com/5132221/non-accidented-cars-vehicles-lets/76 upward.

As a prospective buyer, you are as well free to post the brand, model and the year of any car or vehicle that you need/want here.

Do not as well forget to include your budget so that myself including my over eight years USA-based business partner and credible car dealers in here could be of assistance. Even if it is Canada that you have seen one or one to get one, I have a proven and trusted team member of my organisation there that could be of immense assistance.

Any car or vehicle posted here without its VIN and full disclosure is not only invalid but void and should be flagged as fraud.

We don't need PACKAGED vehicles here; we need CLEAN TITLE ones! !!

So, because of your experience with the Lexus, you now consider yourself fit to give advice and guide on cars and car purchase? Better don't shoot yourself, the automobile industry is very big for someone with little knowledge about cars like you.
I'm very sure you can't still identity a well baked car, being claimed as first body!

When did you even start driving? En Omo Oba?

I will advice you to stick with this your statement(purporse of the thread):

That said, let me go straight to the main purpose of this thread which is for clean title cars to be posted in here. I will try my possible best to promote and boost this page even if it will require I run adverts.

For the sake of those that wish to know some things about me; I started driving in 2006 and I have been theoretically plus practically researching in the auto industry since 2014.

My first car bought in early 2016 is a verified and certified clean title one which is still in good shape till date that you might even mistaken it for say a 6 month Nigerian used tokunbo car. And with all the years of research and driving, you failed to buy a car with genuine custom papers.
And then again, you also failed to buy a good Lexus!
Then I begin to wonder, are you really real?

You now deem yourself fit to guide others on vehicle purchase. Ask yourself, have you proven yourself to have the right automobile intellect to guide people?

Before Gazzuzz, kingreign, Radautoworks and their likes on this forum could authoritatively talk about cars, do you know the years of first hand experience on different vehicles they've garnered?

Omoba stay with what you know, and you'll have peace.

Just So you know, I don't expect any response from you.

I can't stop laughing at your highest level of foolishness and hypocrisy of life; one needs not to waste time explaining some deep things of life to your type.

I know your type doesn't think deep but let me help you with this; since 2014 that I've been partially being into the auto industry despite fully into Internet Marketing and Consulting, I was able to use what I tapped from it to get myself a super neat in and out clean title Honda accord 2005 EX in 2016 that has never for once disappointed or embarrased me on any kind of road despite I travel long distances alot with it.

The same idea helped me to be able to maintain it till this moment that it is still sound and reliable! !! The custom fraud involved by the Nigerian car dealer that sold the car to me was only discovered last year October. I eventually learnt from the ordeal and became wiser when it comes to that aspect.

A piece of advice I have for you is that you should go and read the threads of the concerned issues from A to Z that I created and then use one minute to think deep and wide before drawing another conclusion may be wise one aftermath. If you are feeling too big to read the threads from A to Z, you can easily and actually ask Google.com some of the questions you raised grin grin.

How many people including you knew about or noticed the fraud of forged customs paper back then and all sharp practices that most car dealers in Nigeria were involving in until the likes of inspiredM was bursted and even banned from this forum?

There is nothing actually bad in experience as it is the best teacher. My personal experiences shared especially that of the Lexus originally raised here by you and not me which came on me as a result of the distant trust I accumulated for the car dealer calculusx plus other things caused it.

I've learnt from the experiences gathered despite I'm as well still learning in other to be able to help fellow Nigerians to avoid making such mistake. My approach of starting with advising and helping them with clean title cars or vehicles amidst other services is not bad; just sit and watch how it goes/unveils.

I will as well recommend you go and read "think and grow rich" and "grow rich with peace of mind" by Napolean hill especially for you to get a particular phrase of life from it.

Lacking knowledge and understanding about how something has been planned to work or go before condemning or doing something like that is outright foolishness. As I've said up there, just sit and watch as it unfolds tongue tongue tongue! !!

If you are as well a car dealer in here who just created this your new profile January this year, you are free to post your truly and verified clean title cars or vehicles here if you have any for prospective buyers to see. Thanks

inasmuch as I'd like to commend what u are trying to do, I'd also go ahead and say... sampe** has a very strong cogent point...

the fact that u know some things about cars does not give u autonomy or monopoly over all things automobiles....
u have had first hand experience with say.... 2cars? 1 good without custom duty, the other was a DOA!!

lastly, seeing as u want to create a niche in the auto industry..... u don't wanna start like this - with aggression and pride.... and I see a lot of this in ur convos.....

u can later exhibit pride and arrogance when u have established urself well in the trade.... but for now, I'd suggest u tread with caution!

PS I encourage guys who see a an opportunity in every problem like u are doing, but a lot of other peeps disdain starters (learners) who have pride and arrogance ridden all over.....

be smart and work smart..... right now, u should embrace humility! hug it so close and disown friends who will try and encourage u otherwise.... passively or actively!

PS, you will make a lot of enemies in this trade as I assume u have a mechanism of justifying claims of clean title posted here.... abi?

don't start making them now and for the wrong reasons..... u will make enough of them later, with the wrong and right reasons......

nice concept tho...... just hope it'll pay off....

Thanks for your piece of advice!

If you look closely and analyse correctly plus if you know my personality, I'm sure you will agree with me that it is confidence plus determination to make things happen even if "most car dealers" in Nigeria won't like or support my motion for reasons you and I know.

In case you don't know, people castigated me alot in 2012 when I unleashed revolution of how people especially those into Internet Marketing should be operating PayPal account in Nigeria against how they were operating it. Not a matter of bragging, the revolution made alot of impacts and those that embraced it have been enjoying it. That made me to be tagged best personality to approach regarding PayPal account in Nigeria plus my E-currency business which is now among the best pioneer ones is the one bold enough to be buying PayPal funds for years. The list goes on! !!

I won't say more than that for now; if you still insist it is pride, then I can vividly tell you that it is your personal opinion.

That said, if you have verified and certified cars or vehicles for sale, do not hesitate to list them here. Thanks

Well! It was called for to clear some things plus I didn't include them in my main update neither did I initially castigated any car dealer.

Auto industry in Nigeria really needs revolution; this step shouldn't and wasn't initiated to scare any car dealer but to rather call them to order because Nigerians are now becoming enlightened day in day out. #PEACE

You can take your time to read this thread =》https://www.nairaland.com/4475968/275-u.s-2.2m-nigeria-see created by someone on how an old man civil servant was recently ripped off of his hard-earned money. He was told it is a clean title car whereas it was later found out to be badly wrecked car.

But I believe it will make sense and as well help this forum if oga seun could support this motion here, because this forum has major scams and frauds in the auto industry in Nigeria indirectly associated with it so to say.

Note that I'm actually not totally ruling out the buying and selling of accidented or salvage cars or vehicles but reasonable ones (not scraps, lemon etc which I do call death traps) along with reasonable prices should be imported let alone paraded by so-called car dealers.

Too much talks and bragaddo, coupled with arrogance, pride and little manners. I give it a couple of weeks, this thread will also be dead like the countless others opened for a vendetta against calculusx.

Bro, you know nothing about car biz, I repeat NOTHING!!! Someone mentioned Cosplay up there, difference is he knows zillion more about the industry than you currently do, there's no comparing both scenarios.

This is by no means a drive to sanitize any auto industry, it's just a continuation of the display of pain as a result of a disastrous lexus adventure, let it go sir.

Brought forward!

Let's have them coming in please anytime anyday! !!

Addon i.e later added today 09/05/2019: The reason calculusx, V.A Auto Sales Ventures, gazzuzz, gazzuzzautos and their messenger jobless boys have decided to come derailing this thread along with all sort of lies cannot be over-emphasized except because of these threads:

1. Re: Your Opinion Is Highly And Urgently Needed! !! => https://www.nairaland.com/4895806/re-opinion-highly-urgently-needed/1

2. My Awful Experience With Calculusx That Runs/Owns V.A Auto Sales Ventures => https://www.nairaland.com/4950767/awful-experience-calculusx-runs-owns

Brought here below is the main post on My Awful Experience With Calculusx That Runs/Owns V.A Auto Sales Ventures => https://www.nairaland.com/4950767/awful-experience-calculusx-runs-owns along with story of what happened narrated on the first page of the thread;

Disclaimer; I'm not yet a licensed car dealer let alone am I a mercenary here to spoil any name or business but to share my experience with the said nairalander. Moreover! Calculusx said it severally to my face that he cares not about whatever anyone says about him on nairaland, for those that buy cars from him are not nairalanders let alone from nairaland. But unfortunately, I'm a nairalander who has been on this section for few years now of which I thought that this personality could be trusted to the extent that I've been one of his fans not knowing that I will be critically ripped off and made to loose money.

It is highly recommended you read at least the pages listed below culled from "Your Opinion Is Highly And Urgently Needed! !!" that I created because: https://www.nairaland.com/4895806/re-opinion-highly-urgently-needed/1 , https://www.nairaland.com/4895806/re-opinion-highly-urgently-needed/8 , https://www.nairaland.com/4895806/re-opinion-highly-urgently-needed/9

Attention: Click here => https://www.nairaland.com/4950767/awful-experience-calculusx-runs-owns/12 to get to one of the most important pages of this thread which you need to go through after which the dealer and his accomplice started causing nuisance and displaying their respective childishness on this thread. Thanks

1. He was putting all the blame on me

2. He treated me like he was dealing with a kid

3. He refused to apologize despite he was explained to how myself, my wife and my son in the car narrowly escaped accident
when the transmission parked on the highway on 30th of November 2018

4. He refunded N1,050,000 from his V.A Auto Sales Ventures bank account on January 6th 2018 after he said on the 27th of December that he would only be able to refund me N1,100,000 after selling the vehicle as Nigerian used for say N2,100,000 or more.

Despite the car already took over N1,900,000 from my wallet making me to loose over N850,000 while he technically still ripped off to get say N2,500,000 for the "lemon" car that he bought for 1,600$ on copart almost 2 years ago.

See the image below showing the car having two accidents history with autocheck score of 35. Transmission was reported repaired in 2014 and car had another accident in 2017.

See what an old member of nairaland has to say regarding this case quoted below;

Frankdamaxx:
This was and still is a very small issue, but because of pride it will still seem like something impossible to resolve.

This experience could have gone a different way, if at the point the OP called Calculusx when the vehicle first broke down and he said bring it to my shop let discuss and fix it we wouldn't have been here, but the response he received from Calculusx wasn't inviting.

Nobody pays for a car and expects transmission to fail within 4 weeks without say being told to expect it. For Godsakes he was traveling with his family.

The OP has paid for the failed transaction with his money while Calculusx has paid with his reputation.

My advice is Calculusx should offer to meet the OP and smooth things out. He has far more experience than the OP in these sort of things.

As we all know that one of the benefits of clean title cars/vehicles is reliability usually from good maintenance. For that reason, see the maintenance tip below;

I don't advise you always leave "check engine" light on the dashboard of your car/vehicle. It could even be a very small thing that is causing or triggering the light; just scan your car/vehicle to know the cause.

With "check engine" light showing on your vehicle's dashboard, you can never enjoy efficient fuel economy. You won't know when critical things that normally trigger such light need attention.

In the other news, Gazzuzz Gazzuzzautos real attitude and identity busted as it can be seen in the image below;
