Atiku was born in 1946,there was no such entity or country called Cameroon until 1956,how come Atiku is now a Cameroonian,or should we just agree he was stateless until the independence of Cameroon?

meaning he wasn't born in the entity called Nigeria as well. He was born in stateless british colony deciding whether to join Cameroun or Nigeria and finally joined Nigeria in 1961.

Warship:

Nnamdi Azikiwe, PC , (16 November 1904 – 11 May 1996),

Abubakar Tafawa Balewa , KBE (December 1912 – 15 January 1966)

Azikwe and Balewa weren't born Nigerians but became the first leaders of Nigeria.

APC needs to go for medical check up.
OK your head is there !!!! Tell us now there is no more constitution in Nigeria because you want Atiku to be the president of Nigeria .check your head

abbakacici:
he was born in British Cameroon thus technically not Nigerian

Fulani soldiers founded the Adamawa Emirate in the north in the 19th century, and various ethnic groups of the west and northwest established powerful chiefdoms and fondoms. Cameroon became a German colony in 1884 known as Kamerun.

After World War I, the territory was divided between France and the United Kingdom as League of Nations mandates. The Union des Populations du Cameroun (UPC) political party advocated independence, but was outlawed by France in the 1950s, leading to the Bamileke War fought between French and UPC militant forces until early 1971. In 1960, the French-administered part of Cameroon became independent as the Republic of Cameroun under President Ahmadou Ahidjo. The southern part of British Cameroons federated with it in 1961 to form the Federal Republic of Cameroon

Oh then can we then say he was born a citizen of British Cameroons,if your answer is yes then there is no such entity as British Cameroon as it was only a British mandate which falls under the colony and protectorate of Nigeria as British Cameroons was governed from Lagos.

The same way the Northern protectorate and southern protectorate formed the colony of Nigeria in 1914.

It's now left to you to prove to Britain that British Cameroon was a separate colony from the colony and protectorate of Nigeria.

For the brainless IPOB miscreants here, who have been going about doing copy and paste from God knows where about APC's reply to Atiku Petition.

Let me school you a bit here:

1. Atiku is a Citizen of Nigeria.

2. Nobody is contesting his Citizenship and that of his Jada People of Adamawa.

3. What are the ways one can become a citizen of Nigeria?
a) BY BIRTH
B) BY REGISTRATION
C) BY REFERENDUM
D) BY NATURALIZATION

4) Out of above methods, it is only a person who becomes a CITIZEN By BIRTH Is Qualified To Contest for the Office Of The President.

5. Can Atiku and His Jada Cameroon vote and be voted for? Yes because they are Citizens of Nigeria by Referendum.

6) Can they ( Atiku and Jada Brothers) contest and be voted for up to the post of the Vice Presidency? YES because the Constitution paved way for them?

7. The question is: Did Atiku fulfill the Constitutional requirements to contest for the post of the president?

8 . The Answer is what the APC wants the Appeal court to determine, because one of the requirements is that you MUST A Citizen By BIRTH To Qualify.

9. That you are citizen of Nigeria by other means such as Referendum, Naturalization, Registration etc can only take you the office of the Vice President and not that of the President according to the 1999 Constitution we operate.

What is hard here to understand?

You want to kill PDP supporters, why.?

It was firstly a German colony called Kamerun, during the world war 1 it was attacked by British forces and it was annexed by Britain as at 1916,however it was divided into 2 in 1922 called British Cameroons and French Cameroon,as at 1922 there was already the colony and protectorate of Nigeria therefore the British Cameroons was a mandate under the colony and protectorate of Nigeria and was governed from Lagos, therefore anyone born in British Cameroons is most definitely a Nigerian the same way All persons born in Hawaii on or after April 30, 1900, are native-born citizens of the United States. Hawaii was declared a U.S. state on August 21, 1959,i hope I have made myself clear in the most elementary way for simpletons like u.

You think the Brit's would be as dumb as u having a stateless colony, whatever school u must have attended is not only a total waste but also counter productive to the benefit of mankind.

So?

Fresh off Jackie Aina calling out fashion brands (read: FashionNova) for not being inclusive, beauty bloggers are complaining about a sicker trend; Digital Blackface. Digital Blackface is when makeup brands photoshop their makeup swatches on dark skin.

Apparently, makeup brands don’t want to hire black models, but they want your money tho, so they tint a model’s skin color, and pass her off as black. This act is proved in the swatches, because they end off looking the same on all skintones.

Why was Atiku allowed to contest an election for the post of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria if the constitution does not allow for anyone not born in Nigeria to occupy the position of President.
What if he was the one INEC declared as the winner of the presidential elections.
This is just a silly allegation

With all due respect you and your colleagues have no business having a job for now as your are obviously incompetent to hold any responsible position in life yet as u obviously need to go back to your books because u guys still have a long way to go.

Jada was a British Cameroons mandate which falls under the colony and protectorate of Nigeria,no part of British Cameroons has ever been French and no part of French Cameroun has ever been British, subsequently Jada is and has always been Nigerian territory and there has never been any controversy about it ever between Nigeria and Cameron since 1922 when the British Cameroons was mandated, your paymasters have decided to make as illogical controversy and u took it as the gospel truth since y'all have decided to be useful idiots anyway.

Unfortunately been a, protectorate in loose terms mean that the territory is been protected and under the control of the colony in this case Nigeria so its 100% Nigerian soil and I never called it British protectorate so your comparism been British citizens is illogical,is it your eyes that is paining you or your brain or both.

I wish any of your dunderhead friends, could help out but perhaps u are the brightest of them.
