There is water everywhere. They should stop fake news. There are some region with deep water depth what they need is borehole. Streams do dry it's normal cos the season is dry over there. Because two villages don't have water doesn't mean the whole country don't have as well.

Come to Bayelsa state you will be surprised how water is a scarce commodity, imagine waking up from bed early just to meet a Mai ruwa to get water.

The worse is Bayelsa sate... Can you imagine a 20litre gallon of water is N25?

Bayelsa is surrounded by water but can't boast of 10% water supply in the state capital.
Its even more expensive having your own borehole cos the water is contaminated with Iron and impurities which will cost you over 40K per year for treatment for one to be able to use in the house. We rely on pure water(sachet water) for drinking.
its sad to note that Federal Ministry of Water Resources as a matter of intervention constructed and handed over the Central Ogbia regional water supply project in Bayelsa State. What happened? It was abandoned by the Government of the State and so it is with almost all the State. Let it be know that the responsibility of Water Supply rest on the states and Local governments , voters should begin to hold their leaders responsible in this regard.

Fresh off Jackie Aina calling out fashion brands (read: FashionNova) for not being inclusive, beauty bloggers are complaining about a sicker trend; Digital Blackface. Digital Blackface is when makeup brands photoshop their makeup swatches on dark skin.

Apparently, makeup brands don’t want to hire black models, but they want your money tho, so they tint a model’s skin color, and pass her off as black. This act is proved in the swatches, because they end off looking the same on all skintones.
