The African society has made money to look like the only measurement for success, this is the reason most people will continue to do anything and everything to make money whether legally or illegally. Yahoo boys and politicians are at the top of this chart. Don't get me wrong, money is good, but if only we can understand that there are things that place you in the top of societal respect and acceptance, Africa will continue to be the graveyard for Africans according to president Putin. In civilized nations, whatever you do for the betterment of the society, irrespective of how financially lucrative it is will earn you societal respect and national accolades. |
