Stanbic staff that did that error is liable to pay back in full. Subsequently, they place all stanbic customers account on lien who withdrew from that ATM. Other banks will also be investigated.

This is a really sad event for the members of staff in charge of that ATM.

Most times, this case happens when a 1000 bills is loaded inside 500 cassette

thats human not Nigerians alone. It happens in US and China recently too. Everybody wants awoof. I remember months ago when money starts dropping from a van and Americans start picking the money.

And to the guy withdrawing 1k, why not withdraw 10k and be getting 20k? All that money will be reversed in as much ur account is still funded and your bvn dey. They have everything in their system and other banks will be of help to them if those that withdraw aren't stanbic customers alone.
