A firm using custom developed IT products for various consumer services wishes to recruit young, adept, self-motivated Information Technology/Programming/Software Engineering/Software Project Management oriented graduates to fulfil responsibilities in several aspects of managing and maintaining our products.


REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
A fair understanding of any programming language
A good understanding of Object Oriented Programming principles
Average skills in writing SQL.
No previous knowledge of our products is required.
An understanding of how software and things should work.

The core responsibilities are Product testing & maintenance; Identifying and documenting desirable new product features that will deliver improvements to the User Experience.

Please note: This is not a programming role. Knowledge of coding is required but most of the tasks are software product management, product testing and writing simple SQL for in-house routines.


THE INDIVIDUAL:
· Structured thinking.
· Self-starting to identify issues with the product and present solution options.
· Excellent communication in English
· Not easily flustered.
· Polite.
· Willing to learn despite being self confident.

QUALIFICATION:
Software Programming, Software Engineering or/and project management degree/certification with skills to match.

Experience not required.

LOCATION: Full time in Lagos.
SALARY: Competitive and Negotiable with requirement to a committed period contract.
