Ingredients/Recipe:

1 knob of Garlic
1 knob of Ginger
1 Knob of Turmeric
1 Bunch of Spinach
1 Bunch of Kale
1 Beet Root
2 Lemons
2 Apples

Instructions:

Peel Beet Root, Apple, Garlic, Turmeric, and Ginger cut into slices and put into a blender. Wash Kale, Spinach leaves and Beet Root leaves and add to blender. Squeeze juice of 2 lemons into the blender. Add water as needed.
And whirl until smooth. You can add One more Apple if needed for desired taste. Pour into two glasses and enjoy promptly.
