BORNO IN A WAR TORN ZONE AND NIGER DELTA WITH HUMONGOUS FACs!

Delta has collected 56b in 90 days this year excluding IGR and we have a celebrated case of an indigent nursery school kindergarten now an heroine of sorts.....out of a decrepit school premises.

Those who feel that Shettima despite the BH pogrom has developed a ravaged Maiduguri alone should show us pictorial evidence of what had been done in Asaba. Oh, ok....Delta have about 30 LGs?

Lets stroll into Bayelsa with supernumerary 8 LGs, what had been done with the humongous FACs? Well, at least its "retired" political lords of the Manor are up for bogus salaries for life!!

Must afonja slaves always fight for northern interest?

I was flabbergasted by the projects commissioned in Borno state yesterday by Mr President.

A state with near Zero IGR, war Torned and amongst states with the lowest federal allocation.

To realize that this is a yearly ritual is mind boggling.

Where is Shetima getting his money from?

If you don't live in the north you won't understand. 90% of them live like animals in the bush. The allocation caters for the elite minority living in the city only

Enugu state is a northern state, that is why most of them live like animals in Enugu.

See borno State is bigger than se and delta state combined, just because you see small areas are developed doesn't mean all the state are.

Exactly.
Development in most core northern cities start and end in the state capital where the elites live.
