Money becomes an issue when you can't develop & mass produce advanced indigenous military technologies making you rely so much on import which is prone to fail as a result of arms embargo & air/sea blockade.


If IPOB can take their time to build mass production facilities that have civilian - military applications and secretly develop models of various weapons that can be mass produced in those facilities in the event of war outbreak, they will be in a good position to take on the Nigerian military and win.

Shameless liar...The Igbos moved on by investing in every part of Nigeria, but the Federal government controlled by the Hausa/Fulanis and Yorubas didn't move on.
