Very simple.. when adding contact, click on the drop down arrow and select Google from the list (you will see Device, Sim, Google) before you save.

If you're using Android, you are giving the option of saving a number with your Gmail address or phone. Choose to save with your Gmail address. This Gmail address is your Google cloud storage. That's all.

So, let's say your phone gets stolen. Once you get a new Android and you register the Android with that Gmail address, all numbers saved with that Gmail address will be automatically in your contacts.

Yes! Go to your contacts, select all and move to your Google account. Once done, all your contact can be accessed as long as you know your Google email and password.

You should have just ordered from Jumia... But there's no need cancelling the order. just be patient it'll get to you in about 2 - 4 weeks

Jumia does not have the 4/64gb variant at an affordable price. I saw 96k from a third party retailer on Jumia but when I enquired I was told that Jumia won't be selling the 4/64gb variant

Got mine from Amazon. Made the order on the 29th of May and got it delivered on the 11th June. I have heard so much about this beauty and I made up my mind to give it a try when my gionee splus was stolen. I loved that phone and wouldn't trade it for any brand, yeah you heard me right. Used it for two good years and it still looked as new as ever, no hitch no glitch, always at my neck and call. My gionee splus was a one in a kind phone. My friends never understood my attachment to the phone. One of the best I have ever used...
Anyway, so far, I am liking this xiaomi, my affinity for unique gadgets, lol...
I hope this phone makes me forget my splus, I hope it serves me better.
