Non of your states can be compare to Anambra, IGR doesn't measure state economy, in 2011, Ebonyi state IGR was biggest in southeast, bigger than Anambra,, Kano, Ogun, Oyo, Kaduna dose it mean Ebonyi was doing better economically than those states, the answer is no, below is 2011 IGR Ebonyi was 14.03 billion, while Anambra was 6.17 billion, Kano 7.3 billion, Ogun 10.2 billion, Oyo 8.3 billion
