1. Create a new state in the South East.

2. Remove Ekiti from South west and merge it with ondo state.

3. Remove kwara from North central and merge it with South west.

4. Remove kaduna from north west and merge it with north central.

At the end, all the 6 Geo-political zones of Nigeria will have 6 states each. no more cheating.

Lastly, compel UK, France and USA to open a consular / embassy in Enugu.

Link Apapa port to the South east by rail.

Create deliberate policies that will improve the functionality of Enugu Airport and port harcourt seaport.

Build a petroleum refinery in the south east.

i feel this will be enough to end the hostility between the Igbos and the rest of Nigeria.

And the wound of the biafran war will heal.
