Job Title:Bar Supervisor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description:
• Daily reconciliation of Bar Sales
• Daily Stock taking
• Supervision of Bar Men and Stewards
• Collating of Bar Debtors
• Supervision of hygiene and Sanitation of Bar
• Procurement of Bar Products

Desirable Skills
• A university/Polytechnic recognized qualification
• 3 years experience as a Bar Supervisor in any reputable Hospitality Industry.

• Prompt dispatch of demand notice to members on account position
• Assisting the management of the congu handicap system
• Assisting the Manager with routine secretariat duties
• Assisting the Lady Captain with the administration of the Ladies Section

Desirable Skills
• A university/Polytechnic recognized qualification
• English proficiency
• Effective Communication
• Maintaining Office Directories
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Greeting visitors and accepting deliveries
