If u don't know, it was the result of Mapo the seat of Olubadan that sealed the the senatorial ambition n political fate of Ajimobi. Obviously Olubadan loyalists n subjects resisted every attempt to twist that result, irrespective of all the money spent.

Pdp govt in Kano doesn't even need to overturn their enthronement. They just need to starve them of funds. Their Emirates and thrones will die off naturally, just like the fake shari'a championed by Sani yerima in Zamfara period.

Ganduje would remain governor of Kano state for another four years after which he will hand over to another APC member. The new emirates in Kano have come to stay. The people of Kano are happy that the governor has done what they have been demanding for. If the new emirates are not popular with the majority of Kano people, there would have been serious revolt by now.

How are Kano people happy?
Does the Creation of more emirates make economic sense? No. Will the Emirates bring pipe-borne water to Rano,Bichi and Gaya? No

Ganduje Argument was creating more emirate will bring about development. How? When Tinubu wanted to develop Lagos, Tinubu created development area council not more Oba to whittle down the influence of Oba Rilwanu Akiola as the paramount ruler of Lagos

As per new Emir, Ganduje will have to squander public funds to build new palace, exotic cars and other regal befitting their new status.


The fact still remains whatever is built in the quicksand of politics hardly stands the test of time.
