Hello all, please I have a question. Lagos State Federal C of O's have a leases term before expiry. Usually 99 years I believe. Some of these lease terms are coming due in a few years now. Does anyone know what happens when the lease is over? I know you have an option to renew. Does anyone have an idea of the rate, say per square meters, eg in Old Ikoyi? Can government decide not to renew and re-take the land? I'll appreciate some insight please. Thanks in advance! |
