Nobody asks him to apologize. Lagos is greater than Kaduna and far more politically advanced and complex than Kaduna. In Lagos Rufai will not win councillorship because his values will not match the aspirations of Lagos to promote diversity. We do not elect bigots and arrogant people that are insensitive to demographic make up of their state.
