Job Description
We are searching for an experienced and self-driven Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our Technology team! As a CTO, you will mainly be responsible for developing and programming the MVP. You need to have a deep knowledge of software architecture design, cloud-based infrastructure configuration,
Duties, Skills, and roles
Software architect
The CTO is the leading software architect in a technology startup. They should be able to:
• Design and implement a software architecture
• Select a technology stack
• Design and configure infrastructure
• Select a development toolkit (IDE, etc.)
• Design and implement a database design
• Improve and optimize the application architecture
• Ensure scalability of the application
• Ensure scalability of the infrastructure
• Explore new technologies and decide whether to implement them
Developer
• Develop an MVP
• Test an MVP
• Develop APIs
• Write software and API documentation
• Manage third-party services used in the application
DevOps Engineer
• Set up a streamlined deployment pipeline
• Plan software releases
• Manage releases, tags, and versions
• Carry out safe and downtime-proof software releases
System administrator
• Make sure that the company’s data is protected
• Manage the organization’s domains, SSL certificates, and related components
• Develop and implement an internal communication system for the company
• Monitor the performance of the company’s IT infrastructure
Experience
You should possess a good portfolio that shows your works.

Job description
We are searching for an experienced and self-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our marketing team! As a CMO, you will mainly be responsible for developing and implementing new marketing strategies and lead our marketing team by example.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Create strategic messaging and generate initial demand.
• Lead customer discovery process to find a market, message, and value proposition that resonates with the target audience.
• Test and optimize demand channels: organic, paid, outbound emails, inbound campaigns, PR, community building, growth hacking, etc.
• Assist in finding product/market fit
• Set marketing goals and objectives
• Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy
• Contribute to the overall growth of the company
• Review and manage content marketing strategy
• Determine KPIs for the marketing department
• Keep the marketing budget in check
• Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports
• Work with sales and development and customer success teams
• Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy
• Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions

Requirements and qualifications
• experience in all form of Digital marketing
• Must be Driven and self-motivated
• Should have a positive outlook
• Being customer-centric
• Hands on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of big data analysis
• Regularly produce and present reports
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Should be a good copywriter and content creator.
• Should have experience in social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, etc.
• Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
• Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels
• You should possess a good portfolio that shows your work.
