Addax petroleum limited production contract staff Pengassan union resumed strike action in all her onshore and offshore locations due to poor welfare, poor salary and poor allowance over the years. The workers who do the main jobs on behalf of Addax are demanding for a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) to enable an industry standard and improved welfare, salary and allowances . These workers say Addax has shortchanged them for too long and it's time for a Collective Bargaining Agreement, signed and accepted by Addax .
