Akinola Ayobami Steven is a Fresh graduate of Lagos State University, department of history and international relations with keen interest in contributing selflessly to build human capital and potential.

He is currently a fellow to the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and Pacific in Bangkok, Thailand. He is also an ambassador who has represented LASU, Nigeria and Africa in several competitions and occasions. More recently, he represented Japan as a delegate in Lagos Model United Nations, where he applied global experience and localized process to create relevance in Japan through leverage.

Due to his pragmatic strategies towards restoring refugee potential, his team emerged as a second runner up for the global student competition- Hult Prize- in 2016 in Lagos State University (LASU).
He is a recipient of several awards including the Hardworking Exco of the year, Hult Prize Finalist at LASU, As a delegate, he participated at the future leader congress 2018, United Nations Economic and social commission for Asia and the pacific in Bangkok, Thailand. As a delegate, He was also selected to represent Nigeria youth at world bank in 2018.

He is certified in the following areas: Strategies for people and resources, office welfarism, public and private partnership, civil responsibilities and elections, project management and organization, leadership, Work Force Collaboration and Development , Strategies for Personal Growth and Development, Working Supportively With Refugees: Principles, Skills And Perspectives, University of Glasgow just to mention a few.
