Sensepill 1: always  put on the garment of confidence and mix it with passion when you speak.

   When you speak with confidence couple with a positive attitude and passionate outlook, they will be force to listen attentively to you because you have succeeded in giving them the impression that u know exactly what you are talking about.

The majority is not always right. Following the crowd or in other word doing stuff in the generic way doesn't work most time and it aint gonna make u standout from the crowd. The conventional way is that you have to allows   the interviewer to keep  asking  questions while u sit at the other end responding to his or her questions.

The unconventional way is that after the normal  courtesy, u give them the  impression that you are already part of them and that the whole thing is just a formality by  asking them question FIRST!

Sensepill 3: never set yourself up  to fail, you gotta have to set yourself up to win by setting trap...... intentionally asking the  interviewer technical question about  their company  policy as per the job description, this  will change the direction of the discussion to the area of your strengths.

      The interviewer will fall into your trap by  answering   your question but you gotta have to watch out for  any loophole and use it to your own advantage  by giving  them an intelligent recommendation on how to fix it and what you gonna do to achieve the objective. Even if there ain't no loophole,  you still have to give them a sound lecture of the subject matter and tell them how your knowledge will benefit the company. They will know they are dealing with an intelligent candidate who know his onus. They ain't never gonna forget about u while compiling the acceptance list because you wow them.
