sotall: All three countries do not confer birth right citizenship jus soli. Although the kids were born in those countries, if either of their parents are citizens of those countries both the parent and the kids are illegal immigrants. |

All these girls from one village that found their selves in Europe are always behaving as if they too know. Tell them the real deal and start forming oversabism. We have a lot of them here. Illiterate bunch. Those kids where born to illegal immigrant parents and German law are not too kind to illegal immigrants especially Africans. Syria,India and Pakistanis got more level over there than Africans. Instead of her to stay in Italy jejely she was running around Europe procreating hoping to use the kids as blackmail. I pity those kids but all hope ain't lost their father will continue with begging on the street to send money home. Very anyhow person! 3 Likes |

sotall:None is lucky. Same laws apply to them all. None of the parents is a Swiz citizen and thus the child cannot adopt the citizenship of Switzerland |

Total sympathetic to her cause especially the children but I suspect she knew she was going to get deported and insttead of going to an immigration solicitor, went to a Pastor or listened to one or more off her friends who advised her to stay put. The German authorities have now deported her and I bet none of her forner advisers will send her one Euro. I know of at least 2 women that know how to give advise about things they know little about. These type of people will cause you problems if you follow their advice and won't bat an eyelid when you suffer the consequences of listening to them. 1 Like |

Smalliegirl: Look at how you stylishly twist the story. Fear Women. Lol Some women are so stubborn, you will be forced to leave them to their faith. Do you know if the man convinced her but she refused, oh he should stay back so they all get deported? Most girls are stubborn, you let them learn by experience. You tell a girl don't put your hand in fire she will go ahead to do it after she gets burnt, she starts crying fowl if he doesn't show concern. Like someone pointed out, women are good when it comes emotional blackmail only novice fall for it. |

sotall: Read up JUS SOLI and JUS SANGUIN. None of those kids have citizenship. ZERO = NONE. You can only be a citizen if born in USA / Canada. These are the only developed countries still accepting citizenship by birth. They are both contemplating repealing it. Donald Trump might do it if he wins a 2nd term ( i don't knowif he can singlehandedly do so) |

Some people must lie.... the truth is too bitter to tell. How can she be deported from a developed country and not know why? I do believe what the guy is saying... in reality... after the deadline... there was a warrant out for her arrest. With 3 school aged children... she can't hide long from authorities. The husband cleared out...she is really stubborn. After all..... she is deported and decided to tell lies. She learned nothing..... sorry for the kids... but their mother is like a snake.... very deceitful with no intention of changing....such people are capable of doing anything. The husband is right to leave....do you really believe he can grab his children by force in that kind country? 2 Likes |

gcof:The fact that they were born and their births recorded in these countries doesn't confer on them Automatic Citizenship. It's mainly in America that being born in a US territory automatically makes you a Citizen .. In most European Countries, either one of your Parents or at the very least Grandparents must be a Citizen for the child to be conferred Citizenship.. 1 Like |

Originalsly:She didn't want to go to Italy because with 3 kids in Germany she was living for free and her kids too, housing, food, school supplies, everything, she was milking the German welfare and she was thinking nobody will kick her out with 3 minor children and she doesn't need a husband. She was wrong and stupid. 1 Like |
