Radio personality with Kpoko FM Warri, Michael Effiong aka MikeMike has questioned the importance of the roadside televisions erected by the previous government of Delta state. He tagged it a white elephant project with little or no benefit to the people but a way for politicians to loot money.

White elephant projects which serves as a portal for siphoning public funds into private pockets.
