Nigeria has enough money to pay civil servants, even 100k, eliminate corrupt public officers, and ghost workers...more work needs to be done, on transparency and accountability... Sir Buhari should enact checks and balance measures into our constitution, via sponsoring bills in the assembly, to ensure full public sector probity and accountability.

Exemption is for those that graduated @ or after thirty years.

They won't give him exemption certificate unless he has a deadly and life threatening ill health
