Manchester United look nailed on to make Daniel James their first signing of the summer with reports that the Premier League club have agreed terms for the winger.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is likely to have a big summer of transfers as Manchester United look to overturn an extremely disappointing season and try to compete for trophies and the top four once again next season.
The new manager, who was appointed temporarily in December and permanently after the famous comeback win against PSG, has to decide which of his current team to sell and who to bring into the squad.


One position that United do need strengthening in is at right wing, a position that has been a problem for several years for the 13 time Premier League winners.
Alexis Sanchez was brought in 18 months to solve the issue but that hasn't worked out well for anyone, with the Chilean expected to leave in the summer.
United had been linked with a move for Swansea City Daniel James and according to reports today they have agreed terms for the pacey Welshman.
Daily Mail report that the two clubs have agreed a £15 million deal whilst Sky Sports say that the club have agreed personal terms with James.

The 21 year old has had a break out season for the Swans this season, scoring four goals and coming up with seven assists in the Championship.
He has also been linked with Brighton, where former Swans manager Graham Potter has just gone, and Newcastle United but United are thought to have offered both the club and the player the best financial package.

James sprung to prominence earlier in the season for his rapid speed after scoring a brilliant goal against Brentford in the FA Cup.
It has been reported that Solskjaer would like the club to sign young domestic talent with a lot of talent rather than focussing on big name signings
