Taking a horse to the river is one thing and getting it to drink is another thing. Is FG going to force the herdsmen to tune into the proposed radio station? |

Islamization on next stage. I am so shocked that we can't read between lines. The radio station is for effective coordination of their attacks on Christian communities. It will happen just one night and there will be no more Christianity in Nigeria. Let's keep following like fools. They are working out their plans. Surveys have been taken of all villages and cities and they have enough trained personnel. 3 Likes |

Inteltower: Imagine your reasoning. So because you don’t understand the language so it should not be established and they shouldn’t be educated? How many Nigerian languages do you understand? Do you understand Yoruba when it is spoken on radio? Why don’t you tell BBC to scrap their Hausa station because you don’t understand Hausa? Because you don’t understand the language does it mean we don’t have tens of thousands of Igbos, yorubas and other tribes that speaks and understand it fluently. You peoples reasoning is pathetic. 3 Likes 1 Share |

It's heartbreaking People are still taking things lightly, believing things will change for good. By the time this fulanis are through. There will be scatter scatter in every part of this country. Obasanjo is 100% sure of what he said earlier. Ugosample: |

Angelfrost:You have to be on ground to understand....see our soldiers are working day and night to curtail it......I lived in the north few years back is hard to know who is who......... is an inner war which is the hardest to fight.....no country can ever defeat inner terrorism completely you can only curtain them and restrict them to one part so you can effectively combat them......is not easy as it seems actually....those son of Satan give no shit dey just want to destroy. |

For many Yorubas, it doesn't matter if Nigeria becomes a Sultanate, so long there is crude oil in the Niger delta for one Nigeria. 1 Like |

osuofia2: Do you loose your brain whenever Fulani herdsman is mentioned? Radio Nigeria in Oyo state and other SW states, is it Igbo they speak or is it Hausa or itsekiri? The radio Nigeria in SE do they speak Yoruba, Hausa or any other nigerian language except Igbo? Or is it your money that they use to build the stations? Please kindly suggest to us which other means to reach a set of people who are always on the move in remote places. Maybe they should be calling for Fulani herdsmen town-hall meetings right? Just read what you wrote again. Nomadic schools in nigeria? Even you yourself knows that Fulani don’t do almajiri so you had to add nomadic school to it. All this lies in a bid to support you brainless assumptions. When was nomadic school established in nigeria? 1 Like 1 Share |

Debaiz: See your own reasoning & that of the govt, as a country we are in a position where ethnic political actions are sensitive, you are aiming for peace & unity but carry out insensitive decisions that will stir up more hatred & suspicion upon the already errors made by the administration in its one sided appointments, proscribing of ipob, economic, security concentration, strangulation of the south, & soft hand towards Fulani herdsmen. now a Fulani radio station to appease who & stir up fear on who. check your reasoning.. which tribe are more of threat to Nigeria now ? I don't want to curse but its people like you who if given to lead the country can't harmonize it with better solutions & good decisions. #SE Remembers; we are waiting for them 1 Like |

Godoverevery: Boss, I worked and lived in the North for a good while (Katsina espcially)... The fact remains: there is way too much levity and laxity in the approach to eradicating these rodents... How of them have been arrested? How many have been prosecuted? most of them no longer hide... They have gotten so bold that they even give prior notice before striking, and no law enforcement does a damn thing... Stop being economical with the truth: this government is way too sympathetic to them! Once the will power is there to eliminate a problem, action follows easily. There is something we are not being told: A larger than life conspiracy that beggars questions and belief. |

Inteltower: SE should better remember from the first coup that derailed the Nigerian dream cos some people are yet to forget and to tell you for a fact History never forgets. The unfortunate thing is that the SE has forgotten that they’re still paying for the crime of the first Nigerian coup that was made against every other Nigerian tribe except the SE. If a radio station to address and educate a set of people is insensitive to you people then you people have problems deeper than any country can resolve. You need to check yourselves. If there’s any tribe that is more of a threat to the county called nigeria, it is the people that wants the break up of the country. The other tribe can still be educated and controlled which the FG is aiming to do but the same tribe threatening the unity of this country is angry that the government is taking steps to solve the problem. |

Debaiz: Pipe down, and tell your naive mind some hard truths: What really makes sense in this country currently? Is this how serious nations handle matters of security? People kill innocent farmers senselessly and ruthlessly, and it's okay to let them go scotfree because they are "misunderstood"?.. Go have a word with yourself. |

Debaiz: Just incase you have forgotten so soon, the coup was retaliated and more too. That's one. Another thing you should note behind your palms is that, the tribe you say want to "break up" Nigeria actually wants to "break out" of Nigeria. There's a difference. I just wonder why the fear is there whenever the so called "tribe" you speak of brings up the issue of "breaking out". Beats me!!! |

Angelfrost: You should rather have a word with yourself. There’s nothing the government does that you’ve for once commended. Grazing bill, you condemned it Ranching, you condemned it Radio station, you condemn it And you’ve never for once being able to provide us with any meaningful alternative solution. Your propaganda keeps spreading. You never for once stop to reason that why are all these herdsmen noice coming from the enemies of the government/president(FFK, OBJ, OYEDEPO, SECONDUS etc) why not neutral people like Kumuyi, Adeboye(are they not Christians), Dave umahi, Babangida(are they not PDP). Benue state governor kept shouting Fulani herdsmen which he used to win the election. The FG keep telling you those killing in benue are not Fulani herdsmen(you all said the FG is lying). Now after the election, the governor has come out to say that the main person responsible was one of his aide. Yet you still blame the government. Check yourselves bro. I just don’t know what reasonable reason any reasonable human being can give for opposing the establishment of a radio station to educate a set of people. Let me ask the question clearly if you don’t understand. If you say they’re killing farmers and we all know someone living with animals can sometimes behave like animals, IS THERE ANYTHING WRONG WITH ESTABLISHING A RADIO STATION TO EDUCATE THEM AND REPROGRAM THEIR MINDS AWAY FRIM VIOLENCE? Tell us what is reasonably wrong with the radio station and give us alternative solution. Obviously you cannot say they should not do their business that they’re known for. |

LuciferQuran: Get your facts right, Satan. Vespucci DID NOT found America, he explored Southern America, and his exploration came many years AFTER Christopher Columbus landed in the New World. Naming the continents after Vespucci is fortuitous and related only to his exploration of the southern part of the New World. Columbus still remains the first explorer of North America (if we discount Leif Ericsson). There's a difference between exploration and founding, and the real founders of America are Jefferson, Hamilton, Franklin et al. 1 Like |

kinglee007: Retaliated? Like I told you history don’t forget and some sins are unforgivable to some people. It’s unfortunate that you have to suffer the consequences of the actions of your grand fathers but don’t ever try to shift the blame on other. Learn to live with it and find a better way to deal with it. No one fears your break out the fact is that you cannot cause the trouble and still attempt to run away from it’s consequences while blaming others. Your first coup plotters abolished regional government which could’ve made it easy for any region to break out(the intention of the British in case the amalgamation didn’t work after 100 years). The abolishment effectively jammed all of us together. Now the same tribe is still the one championing the return of regional government and threatening breakout after they discovered the new association does not fav our them. You cannot eat your cake and have it. The world doesn’t revolve only around you and your tribe that is the lesson the rest of the country is teaching you. Until you come to terms with it and start blaming your grand fathers for your woes rather than others, nigeria will never favor your tribe politically. 1 Like |

So ironical that you accuse someone of bias in a write-up dripping with barely disguised prejudice. Let's continue romancing and petting bandits/killers... I have long ceased to be bothered. Have a good evening. P.S: It's not everyone that detests or criticizes the policies of a government that is sympathetic to the opposition. |
