Shehu Sani, lawmaker representing Kaduna Central at the Senate has opined why the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) lost the state.

The Supreme Court on Friday nullified the candidature of all APC candidates in the state, describing their votes as a wasted one.

The apex court also validated the position of the Court of Appeal which earlier held that no valid party primaries produced the candidates for the election held in the state.

Reacting to the new development, the Kaduna lawmaker said the ruling party lost the state because they did nothing to confront the security situation in the state.

Don't blame them rather blame the State caucus. INEC officials, Senator Marafa, the Deputy Governor, former Governor, Minister of Defence and other aspirants were at a venue waiting for the APC primary election to hold but Governor Yari and his caucus went and organized a Kangaroo election. Hence INEC announced and made a publication that there was no election. All this court case na formality because the body that is bestow to conduct election said there was no primary election.

It is their fundamental right to seek lawful redress in the face of injustice.

How can Oshiomhole suspend Senator Abe and senator Marafa when same Oshiomhole secretly gave them support to fight the mainstream APC under the leadership of Amaechi in Rivers and Yari in Zamfara.

Why is Rivers APC not happy with Tinubu and Oshiomhole because they're responsible and back bone of Magnus Abe, senator Magnus Abe even said it that Tinubu was in support of his governorship ambition.

Tinubu and Oshiomhole undermined APC in Rivers and Zamfara, with that Rivers APC, Tinubu and Oshiomhole will never be on the same page.

APC will witness a lot of sabotage in 2023, Tinubu biggest threat to his 2023 ambition will come from APC not even PDP.
